MADOREABLE

Well, you know how underground punk bands and such, they release like split EPs and albums and such? I always thought that kind of thing was cool, especially because you can really dig one band and then suddenly you are liking another band. Well, Andy Riverbed proposed last night on the phone that we do something like that, with our writing. I think that’d be cool. Plus I’m going to be self-publishing a little christmas present to myself, my family, and my dearest friends. I don’t know what to call it, yet. Perhaps “The Shackles Are Feathers Today,” which was the title of a chapbook I once submitted to a contest and then never heard back about. I even paid extra. Fucking bastard rats.

Anyway, blog-wise, as soon as I’m done reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which will be soon, I’m going to read and do up a review of the entire contents of the fiction archives at alice blue review, one of my favorite ‘zines. Over.

Still to come is my review of The Girl in the Black Sweater, of which I got a signed copy some months ago, and am just now getting around to writing about. Should be more stuff, soon, too; I had an idea for my blog earlier and now I’ve forgotten it. Oh well.
